Very Rare German WWII Death Sentence of Dr. Jurist Jacob Franz Kastelic 14 April 1944
Dr. Jacob Franz Kastelic was an Austrian jurist and a monarchist resistance group leader of the GOFB (Gross Osterreichische Freiheidsbewegung) was arrested by the Gestapo and his wife.
With in the death sentice papers is stated what he and his accomplises are guilty of, maily a Communst and high treason. (very intersting to read this all)
Dr. Josef Franz Kastelic was guillotined shortly after his conviction within the prison grounds.
This copy no.3 is one of the original copies printed for the German archives
