A really nice little leather nurses belt, with an attractive art nouveau style silver plated buckle.
What makes this example unique is that it has had ten British military badges skillfully added. Around half of these appear to be officers examples, and the Leeds Rifles badge might well be silver.
A superb period assembley, and certainly not a modern concotion. This would display really well in a Great War nursing collection.
Measuring 29 inches in length, including the buckle.
