About this item
WW2 RAF Halifax MKIII pilots' and Flight engineers' notes. As used by pilots learning to fly and engineers to familiarise themselves with the systems and information on the given aircraft.
In good original used condition, the front cover has some minor wear but is in good condition with no rips, tears, or major damage. Lovely image of the Halifax bomber on the front page.
The notes cover all you need to know about flying and operating the Halifax aircraft. Several different sections and diagrams at the back. Inside the pages are in good legible condition. Again, no major damage, rips, or tears I can see. There is one set of amendment pages that have stuck in the back, but have come adrift, but still included with the notes.
The notes basically cover information on flying and operating the aircraft. It has several nice pull-out illustrations and diagrams showing the cockpit and various other stations. Further details on the different systems, etc, as well. An original WW2 dated pilot's notes, dated 4/44 on the back, so a definite wartime production.
Overall, a nice original WW2 dated and produced pilots' notes, perfect for display in an RAF collection, museum display, or reenactor display. Please ask any questions, and I will try and help. Postage is available worldwide, but please ask for a quote first.
