Made by the company Regent. ( now owned by Saunders & Saunders since 2002, but Still trading in that name )
In the Royale style
I bought a quantity of these boots from bankruptcy stock sale in the early 1990s

The boot from the top to the bottom of the heel on the raised side of the boot it is 20 inches and the other side of the boot where it is lower is 19.".
The calf measured around the circumference around the top of the boot from the inside is 15.5 inches.. 16" on the out side.
