Original 1981 Dated British Military Plimsols by 'Bata' - Size 10

An original pair of 1981 dated British Army PT plimsolls which were made by 'Bata'.

This style of shoes was produced in both black and white for the British military during the 1970s and 1980s. They are made from a white coloured canvas and feature a molded rubber sole and toe cap. The feature six metal eyelets to each side throughout which are fitted white cotton laces.

Inside the shoes the original stamps are still present and include the maker's name of 'Bata' who was a prolific manufacturer of footwear during the mid Century period. The size of 10 is also present as is the 1981 date. 

The plimsolls are in worn condition but still appear to be very wearable with no serious flaws or damage. Please take time to study the pictures before purchasing and bear in mind that they are a vintage, pre-worn item which may have small flaws commensurate with age.
