Can I have a VAT receipt / VAT invoice?

VAT invoices are automatically emailed to you. They may not be emailed to you until a day or two after your first payment is taken but they’re automatically generated and sent to you by email from our billing system.

If you need to view VAT invoices for previous months, then there’s two ways to do this:

a) If you have one of our off the shelf websites, then you can view all your invoices in the “Help, Billing & Upgrades” section of the website manager

OR

b) If you don’t have one of our off the shelf websites, then you can log into the dealer area and view your invoices from the “Invoices” menu. There you’ll be able to download VAT invoices as a PDF
