About this item
103) A really very nice original WW1 British officers issue compass and issue case. The compass is in excellent working order and different to the usual Verners pattern. it has minor wear to the finish to the outside lid but is in very nice condition and all other finish is good. The base shows that it dates to 1918. The dial/card is in nice order and works correctly. The case is again in lovely condition and is a private purchase pattern for wear on the Sam Brown set. It is in very nice condition. a really very nice example.
