    Awarded to Driver George Edward Cuming serving with the Royal Artillery. British War Medal (159721 DVR. G.E. CUMING. R.A.). Born in the Parish of Liverpool. At time of enlistment his civilian occupation is recorded as Store Manager. After the outbreak of war Driver George E. Cuming was mobilized and arrived in France on 18th August 1916. Later posted with the 33rd Divisional Artillery Company serving in the field. Later serving with 64 Brigade Royal Artillery during 1917. Later serving with Royal Field Artillery between 31st May 1917 until 17th November 1917. At the end of hostilities he returned from Calais to UK on 16th November 1918.
