17) An original near mint WW1 pattern British officers private purchase military combination cutlery set.This pattern dates from pre WW1 but was still in use during WW2. The makers mark on this "Montford Womersley & Co, Sheffield" dates it to the mid 1920s so between the wars. It has clearly never been used and still has ancient greese to it from new. A very nice original set.
