WW2 RAF G45 AIRCRAFT GUN CAMERA. A lovely boxed and refurbished example of the iconic G45 gun camera, as used and fitted to the Spitfire and Hurricane aircraft during WW2. Also used well post-war such was the success of this camera!
This example is in very good condition, it comes in its original cardboard transit box. It looks to have been refurbished at one point, possibly why it's in such excellent condition without any paint loss. It is marked on the side, with a broad arrow mark, stores reference number 14A and manufacturer details. The camera lens is also copiously marked. Finally also fitted with the original empty film cartridge. It would be very hard to find a nicer example than this one, worthy of any collection or even an aircraft rebuild. Overall if you're looking for a G45 gun camera this is the one for you!
