126) Good Original Pre War Pennants From The 1936 Berlin Olympics

126) Good Original Pre War Pennants From The 1936 Berlin Olympics. 100% original 1936 pennants. Purchased years ago from the family of a woman that bought these back at the time. She later became a war correspondent and was at the Nuremburg Trials. Unfortunately we have mislaid her details over time. Her badges are also for sale on the website. The 5 ring pennant is in good order and of decent quality with the edges hemmed etc. In good order but crumpled from storage and showing age related dirt and marks. The rust marks are only surface and have not damaged or weakened the material at all. It measures 11 3/5 inches end to end and is 5 3/4 inches wide to the rear tape not including the string. The Nazi pennant is again original and believed to have been bough back at the same time although possibly picked up later when in Nuremburg? Mostly good but does have some ancient glue? spots which have hardened. One having left a slight hole. It measures 9 inches long. the rear tape measures 6 inches not including string ties.
