    About this item

A comprehensive photograph album covering initial training in Austria and then the invasion and battles in France. The album then follows through the Balkan's finishing in Romania, the unit was later involved in the invasion of Crete.

There are a number of technical photos from France showing deceased soldiers, destroyed towns and knocked out British armour (Matilda's and Vickers tanks). There are additional images of what appears to be either Calais or Dunkirk.

within the albums are 22 memorial cards including 1 SS, 1 CRETE AND 2 LUFTWAFFE. There are also 7 portrait photos of German soldiers wearing M43 German field caps

The album cover is detached but is still overall intact. A rare and interesting album
