About this item
An original pair of Royal Air Force issue Nomex Flying Gloves in good condition.
This pattern of gloves was issued for a number of years with the RAF and were also popular with special forces units. They are made from nomex and feature Sheep Leather reinforcement and have fire and heat resisting qualities.
This pair come complete with their original issue label which bears the War Department broad arrow marking.
A nice pair of original RAF issue gloves!
