For sale is a WW1 Royal Navy Barracks Chatham Lightweight Competition E J Pulham Silver Medal.
This Silver medal fob is engraved “R.N Barracks Chatham, Novies lightweight competition winner E.J.Pulham A.B 23.5.18”. Edward John Pulham was born on the 1st July 1894 in London. His religious beliefs were the Church of England. And upon enlisting he worked at a grocery store. Edward enlisted on the 18th April 1913 aged 19 years of age. During the war he served mostly at Chatham barracks, onboard HMS Sentinel and at H.B.L 3rd Royal Navy Btn. During Edwards service he was awarded a victory medal, war medal, 1914-15 star and war chevrons 1 red and 3 blue. Accompanying this medal is 2 scans of his service records.
