For sale is a WW1 Victory Medal To Owen Harbutt Army Ordnance Corps & Research.
This victory medal comes with its original ribbon and is engraved on the rim “031276 Pte O C Harbutt AOC”. Owen Cambridge Harbutt was born in Bradford on the 14th of June 1889. His father was William harbutt and his mother Elizabeth Harbutt. He had three sisters Enid, Beryl & Olive. His trad upon enlisting was a skilled manufacturer. During World War One Owen served with the army ordnance corps under the service number 031276 and with the 121st Labour corps under the service number 72204. Owen was entitled to a British war medal and victory medal. Unfortunately only the victory medal is present. Owen unfortunately passed away on the 28th of December 1993 in Limpley Stoke, Bath. He left behind to his loved ones £28,945. Accompanying this victory medal is 7 scans of his service records. Upon payment please let me know if you would prefer digital scans or printed copies.
