A good and unworn 1914/15 Star Trio to the Rifle Brigade.
Correctly impressed "S/6565 PTE F HOLMES RIF BRIG".
Medal index card shows service with the Royal Engineers, and the Machine Gun Corps.
Comes complete with original lengths of silk ribbon, and a photograph of the recipient whilst serving with the RE.
This lot was all framed, but arrived with me smashed, hence the photograph still in its mounting card.
A nice original untouched grouping.
