About this item
An original British Army shell dressing bag as issued throughout the Second World War.
This example was made by 'B. Ltd' in 1943. It is made from the standard khaki coloured webbing material and features a webbing tape shoulder strap which is adjustable. The front features a white circle with a red cross in the centre and the words 'Shell Dressings' is stenciled to the front of the flap. The underside of the flap bears the maker's marking and date. The War Department broad arrow is also present.
The bag is in good condition with limited signs of wear and age. There is some staining which is evident in the pictures. Please study the pictures before purchasing.
A nice original item with a clear wartime date.
