100) Lovely Ornate Original WW1 Wooden Propeller Section Trinket Box With Inlay

100) Lovely Ornate Original WW1 Wooden Propeller Section Trinket Box With Inlay. A nice WW1 era trinket box made from a section of wooden propeller. This is a little more special compared by the usual type as has some nice inlay/marquetry to the lid (see photos). All is in nice order although it does show some surface wear and loss to the original varnish. The crack which goes up the body and to the lid is just part of the propellers manufacture and is a joint not damage. This will have shown from day 1. The green baize material to the base shows age related surface wear and has come a little unstuck in places. It measures 6 1/4 inches long X 3 inches high.
