About this item
102) Excellent Original WW2 British Army Commando, Para ETC Toggle Rope. In excellent order. Showing minor dirt and storage marks. Still smells of the rot proofing treatment from the war. These were carried around the waist like a belt and when needed made a short rope or combined with otrhers a strong safe climbing rope. The wooden toggle on one would simply fit into the loop on another and so on. A nice original wartime item.
