R.A.) Attestation papers noted on joining/enlisting into the Army, Albert Samuel Gowing’s civilian occupation was recorded as ‘Labourer’. He enlisted age 19 years and 11 months in Norwich. Date of his discharge is recorded as 14th September 1945. Details indicate he served with the London Regiment no other information available may require further research.
