Awarded to M..5425 Reginald Kidston of His Majesties Royal Navy. 1914-15 Star (M.5425 R. KIDSTON. AR.CP. R.N.), British War Medal &Victory Medal (M.5425 R. KIDSTON. ACT. A.R. R.N.) and Royal Navy Long Service & Good Conduct. (M.5425 R. KIDSTON. O.A. 2. HMS VIVID.). Born 30th September 1894 in Tiegnmouth, Devon. Occupation at time of enlistment is recorded as ‘Blacksmith’. His service saw him serve both at land and sea. His period of engagements is noted as 12 years on record. Reginald Kidston Ordnance Artificer was awarded the Royal Naval Long Service & Good Conduct medal whilst serving at HMS Vivid. All medals mounted for wear. Some surface degradation on rear of star and Victory Medal. (with copy service record and medal roll).
