MP 38/40 Magazine Pouches. Matched Pair

A well matched but undeniably salty pair of Magazine Pouches for the MP38/40

Constructed in a dark green canvas and stamped MP 38 u 40 both sets show a degree of damage.

All three closure straps on the Pouch with the loading tool bag have a green rubberized strip attached to the back to strengthen them and there is a repair to the loading tool bag and a hole in one magazine compartment. In addition the central closure strap has some loss to the leather. To the reverse the belt loops and support  hook strap are very good.

The second Pouch has a rubber strip added to one corner which I assume is covering damage and about 20 mm missing from the end of one strap. Belt loops, and support hook strap are very good.

A rare but damaged set which still displays very well.
