About this item
A scarce original working pattern of the Royal Artillery wartime printed economy shoulder title which was produced by the calico printers.
Featuring a printed Royal Artillery shoulder title which is stapled to a piece of card. This bears the heading 'Royal Army Clothing Department' below which is the pattern number of 12578 and the words 'working pattern'. The specific item name is also included as 'Titles arm printed Royal Artillery'. The date of the 27th of March 1943 is also present.
The rear of the card features hand written notes from different companies which used the pattern. There are also two red coloured wax seals.
In nice condition, this would make an excellent addition to any British Army badge collection.
