black melton single breasted tunic. High scarlet collar with gilt braid and cord edging. Red edge piping to the front. Cuffs with gilt cord and gimp Austrian knots. Brass Kings Crown Royal Artillery buttons. Tan quilted silk lining. Hawkes tailor's label. Gilt cord Shoulder straps of a later period and fixing buttons absent .
