39) Good Original WW2 ATS Issue Cold Weather Mittens/Fingerless Gloves. A fairly hard pair of gloves to find. ATS issue with flip up fleece lined ends to make them fingerless. made from white suede leather with white windproof type covering and lovely soft lambs wool lining. They are a matching size 3 pair and mostly excellent but for minor dirt and marks and a missing female popper to the tipof the right glove (see photos). The poppers allow the tips to be held back in place when using as fingerless gloves. The poppers that remain are good but show age related dirt band verdigris. they are marked but all is very faint and unreadable. a 3 to the end of the date can be seen so looks like they are 1943.
