4) Original 1950s QARANC Officers Tailored Cap. Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps. A good original officers cap. The soft fur felt material is good but does show a spattering of surface moth nips mostly to the top (see photos) The badge is in place and excellent and original. the badge in place has a slider and looking inside it can be seen that at some point it has a 2 lug badge.. The peak is good but has has a chunk cut from it . Presumably done when released from military service. This could be plugged and fixed although would probably show. It has black sticky insulation tame over it when purchase hence the sticky residue to the brim. The inside is excellent With lovely lining and nice tailors label. It shows minor dirt and wear from use. It is a size 7.
