RAF "Irvin Jacket" Near Excellent Original Condition 46" Chest

Without doubt the finest example of an RAF so called Irvin Jacket I have seen, showing absolutely no signs of having actually been worn and in near excellent condition.

Never treated with any leather preserver it retains its original appearance and is completely without damage or wear to the fur. All stitching to the seams is intact and without loss.

An usually large size it measures 23 inches from armpit to armpit so an external chest size of 46”.

All zips are original to the Jacket, operate perfectly and are complete with their leather pull tabs, the pulls themselves being a mixture of DOT and AM marked.

Beneath the collar, the elastic strap is in place.

The only point of note would be the missing hanging strap at the neck.

I believe it would be very difficult find another example in this condition and size.
