About this item
112) A good original 1930s-WW2 Royal Army Service Corps dress cap with peak rank to a Major of Lt Colonel. The cap looks pretty good and is just dusty from storage. It shows a small amount of surface moth trails to the top but nothing that really strands out. The white edging under the rim shows moth nibbles but doesn't show. The peak is good but shows age related surface marks.. The RASC buttons are in place but dirty. The chinstrap has long since gone. The inside is in nice order. The leather sweat band has come unstitched in places. It is a size 6 7/8.
