About this item
80) A good original wartime WRNS cap in blue serge. The material top undersides are excellent. The blue cloth rim is in good order with a few minor moth nips but only slight. This has no tally but if it had one fitted the minor mothing would be covered. Inside is in good order. Its original cloth chinstrap is in place but broken in half. easily stitched back together. The leather sweat band is good clean soft and supple, it is marked with the maker mark and dated 1943. It looks to be a size 6 3/4 .
