How do I cancel my membership?

If you don't have a website with us too

Please log into the dealer area, go to the "Settings" section, and then click "Click here to cancel your membership".

If you have a website with us too (ph9 client)

1. Login to your website manager

2. Go to "Help, Billing & Upgrades" in the navigation menu

3. On that page scroll to the bottom, and click "Click here for our cancellation form"
