Late 19thC/Early 20thC Military Kukri.
This impressive example with 13 inch blade, 17 inches overall.
Lined hardwood grip, in good condition, free from cracks and only minor loss, which has been subdued with plack paint to reduce reflection. Central grip ring, crowned with a steel pommel plate with domed button keeper. traces of paint to the pommel, Some old rust and corrosion.
The large blade is generally bright, with twin spine fullers and interesting "hooked" kaudi. Signs of sharpening, old rust and corrosion, but should clean well.
