About this item
Generally referred to as a WW1 Signalling Torch, these have always been somewhat enigmatic as their production was certainly in place during the interwar years and they were certainly used by the Home Guard during WW2.
This Torch, Signalling, Mk111* is undated, in very good condition and complete with its coloured lens filter and cable attached to the remote switching unit.
On the right front side, a brass lug allows for the attachment of the 1907 pattern bayonet, allowing the operator to secure the Torch in position and seek cover while using the remote switch unit.
PLEASE NOTE. THE BAYONET IS NOT INCLUDED
