About this item
An original 'Lantern 6 Inch' which dates from around the time of the Second World War.
This pattern of signalling lamp was produced for both the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy. They were used during WW2 and stayed in production during the post-war period. This one does not have a date so it is impossible to date exactly.
The overall condition is good with some signs of use and age. The plug has been removed but overall it displays well. Please take time to study the pictures before purchasing and bear in mind that it is a vintage, pre-owned item which may have flaws commensurate with age.
A nice original example.
This is a vintage item which is 'sold as seen'
