About this item
A nice example of a WW2 British No.1 Electric Lamp in good condition with original box.It also has the makers mark on the back C.H.Ltd. It has the complete lenses on the lamp, has a complete handle and shutter visor on the front. Does not work as a lamp as no batteries present on the inside. These lamps where issued to British troops during WW2 and could be clipped to there belts or carried by hand. Sometimes used to be fitted with red gel covers to the lenses to mark out cleared lanes in minefields at night.
