Distinguished Conduct Medal South Lancashire Rgt. 200855 Sgt. Peter Smith 1/4 Prince of Wales Volunteers,South Lancashire Regt. Awarded Military Medal and DCM. Was gassed once and wounded twice. See write up picture for further information on history. Assorted copies of Paperwork. Including,citation in London Gazette. Originally he was in one of the territorial battalions. Rgt. no 2644. When awarded his Victory medal he was acting A/W02. He was also entitled to a 1914/15 Star trio.
