Vintage 1980's DEVON FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICE helmet and tunic.
Badged for a Leading Fire Fighter
Jacket is i n excellent condition, has rank shoulder titles, fire brigade buttons.
Helmet stamped 1979 and made of cork
Helmet is in used and undamaged condition. Complete with liner and chinstrap
Devon Fire Brigade was formed in 1973, by the amalgamation of Exeter City Fire Brigade, Plymouth City Brigade and Devon County Brigade. It became Devon Fire and Rescue Service in 1987. Till 2007 when it merged with Somerset.
