About this item

This is a World War 2 RAF Great Coat. It has lost its label as you can see, but it does have the war time Air Ministry stamp. It also has the white wool lining which indicates a 1940 patt. as the post war coats did not have this lining.

There is as you can see some mothing and has some considerable wear. His Air Force number is there, but sadly no name which and this make a nice research project.
