WW1 Ambulance Illustrated: Sixty Photographs Handbook 1914

For sale is a WW1 Ambulance Illustrated: Sixty Photographs By St Andrews Ambulance Association Handbook.

  This handbook is titled:    “ AMBULANCE ILLUSTRATED sixty bhotographs taken by W. M. Warnerke under the direction of Wm. Cullen, M.D. GLASGOW: ST. ANDREW'S AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION (Incorporated by Royal Charter) 19I4”   This is a first edition and was printed in 1914.   The preface states:   “Pictures are always interesting. They should be not less so when con bined with usefulness. This series of typical photographs, personally taken by Mr. Warneuke, will serve as a helsful supplement to many of the text books on Ambulance. WILLIAM CULLEN, M.D. 3 Queen's Crescent, W., Glasgow..”   These handbooks don’t often come up for sale!
