A rather lovely, and extremely high quality embroidered badge for the RAF Servicing Commando. The lower banner displaying the dates 1942-1946, which are the dates the unit was in existance. Judging by the wear and construction, I would suggest it was made consumerate with the disbandment of the unit.

This large, and likely unique badge measuing 11.25 by 9.75 inches, and would look superb framed.

A great wall piece for anybody interested in Combined Operations.
