About this item
A collection of three unused printed British Army Formation signs for Force 135 which took part in Operation Nestegg, the Liberation of the Channel Islands in May 1945.
All three are right facing and in very good unused condition with slight fading and storage soiling. The reverse of one shield appears show FCE [Force?] and three digits which I assume are 135.
Printed on cotton, originals such as these are quite rare to find.
