    One of the nicest Original Home Front steel helmets on the market .Khaki green painted smooth texture crown .The front of the helmet with transfer Kings crown N.F.S badge over "4" for LEEDS  . Black treated linen liner ,the frame dated 1939 with second pattern cruciform rubber crown pad .  Sprung webbing chinstrap . Some minor service wear .
