    About this item

An original Second World War period British Army MK VII Water bottle in used condition.

The MK VII water bottle came into use with the British Army in late 1939 and saw use with the BEF in 1940 and carried on in service throughout WW2 and into the 1950s. This example features the cobalt blue painted enamelled water bottle which is often associated with the British Expeditionary Force.

The bottle retains its original cork and the original string is still present which attaches it to the water bottle.

Overall the condition is good with some moth brazing and holes to the fabric cover.

A nice original example which would be ideal for the collector and re-enactor alike!
