A good untouched 1888 Lee Metford Bayonet. This example carries unit marks to the pommel for the 6th Essex Regiment .
This example made by Mole, and is dated 1895, at the ricasso, along with various other WD stamps and markings. The blade carries its original bright polished finish, along with some old corrosion and staining.
Housed in its original steel mounted leather scabbard.
