About this item
This is a very nice 19th Century Japanese Formal Diplomatic Tail Coat, heavily decorated with ornate crests called a gonanakiri mon, used to indicate it was for the highest rank civilians, these were in use until 1940s. Approx. size 34" chest and 16" under the arm.
