24) A good original WW2 British army officers green cotton collarless overhead Shirt. In good condition but showing wear to the cuffs from use and one wear patch to the rear left side of the collar. this is double thickness material so only goes through 1 layer (see photos). All original buttons are in place and good. It comes with its original matching colour loose collar. These belonged to an officer in the Royal Engineers whom served in North Africa and later Europe. He was issued a mixture of British, Indian, Australian and Canadian kit. Measurements are Shoulder to Shoulder 18 inches. Shoulder to Cuff 24 inches. Armpit to Armpit 22 inches. Total Length Collar to Hem down the back 36 inches. the photos make this look like it has some fading but it is just the lightin g and all is the same green colour.
