About this item
A scarce WW1 British Officer’s Shirt as typically used on the Western Front. Tailored in good quality light khaki flannel wool the Shirt is the pocketless pull over type opening to the middle of the chest with a separate collar and studs. These all being a typical WW1 features, as are the horn buttons used throughout.
This Shirt also features pointed cuffs which is an early war characteristic, as well as a tailor’s label with no numbers to the post code placing it before 1917 when the postal address system was changed.
The shirt is in good condition overall with some moth damage which shows well in the pictures
