    Correctly impressed "SS-12879 T.S. S.MJR J.A.HAES. A.S.C."

    Temporary Staff Serjeant Major John Andrew Haes went on to serve as a Lieutenant in the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.

    I can also find reference to a John Andrew Haes being involved with the AOFB (The Ancient Order of Froth Blowers) where he held the rank of "The Cloudburst"!!
