WW2 RAF First Aid Outfit, Aircraft - Complete

First Aid Outfit - Aircraft.  Approximately 20 x 10 x 18cm.  These were carried in larger aircraft, and the number of kits supplied depended on the number of aircrew aboard.  The kit is contained in an olive drab canvas bag with a friction buckle fastening and canvas webbing shoulder strap. 

It was manufactured by the Mills Equipment Company and is dated 1941 

 This example comes with the original list of contents and instructions for use (A.P.132). 

This is printed on a January 1939 dated card contained in its original greasepaper envelope. 

The kit includes 3 x iodine ampoules in card tubes; 1 x , Tubunic, morphine original metal case & labels 4 x; 4oz tube of Tannafax for burns; 1 x Tourniquet; 2 x packs of absorbent lint; 2 x packs of absorbent gauze; 2 x triangular bandages; 2 x packs of absorbent cotton wool; 6 x safety pins (boxed) with 2 x camel hair brushes.   Everything is in very nice condition. 

This is a very rare item to find these days, The only item missing is the Tourniquet.
