This came amongst a number of WWI items, including a number of WWI dressings in a suitcase however I am unable to confirm the precise date as it is not marked.
The details of 'Directions for use' are enclosed within the cloth packaging which I'd have to cut it open which I'm not willing to do for obvious reasons.
