About this item
111) This came with a group of original WW1 Royal Horse Artillery & Royal Field Artillery related items. A very nice original WW1 era British army officers private purchase riding crop. The crop is a standard pattern from the time and often seen in period photos from WW1 and 1920s. We have seen these in the past with officers’ details marked to the metal end tab! This one is blank. The main whip is excellent with just surface wear to the lacquered type finish. The leather end is excellent but could do with a good polish. The rope top is good and metal end cap excellent. it measures 27 inches in length.
